Possessive pronouns refer to something that belongs to someone or something. The absolute forms of possessive pronouns can take the place of both the pronoun and the thing that is possessed, and they’re generally found at the end of a clause or sentence. The absolute possessive pronouns are mine, yours, his, hers, its, ours, and theirs.
